All the roads lead to Rome…

…so does ours!

Last week, a two-day workshop on the digital tool HERIe for decision-making support in the field of preventive conservation was organised in Rome for the collection managers, educators and heritage scientists. The tool developed within several projects, including IPERION HS and recently the GoGreen project, is used by more than 3000 users all over the world. The workshop demonstrated the need and impact of digital tools for the heritage community.

We would like to thank Dr Vania Virgili, Director General of the E-RIHS, for opening the workshop and presenting E-RIHS (particularly DIGILAB!) and all the participants for joining us in Rome. We hope to meet you at the Level 2 HERIe worskhop!

Special thanks to our hosts at the Polish Academy of Sciences Scientific Centre in Rome.

The HERIe platform is developed thanks to the FENG project: Polish Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science – E-RIHS.pl (Project No. FENG.02.04-IP.04-0006/24-00) financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Smart Economy Programme for 2021-2027.
